She was irate when told she had to clean unit & carpets cleaned by a pro carpet cleaner she gave a generic receipt & said the grease & filth was there when she moved in the walk through showed no grease & filth in unit, she screamed as we took pictures of the unit saying we didn't take pictures when the tenant next door moved out. her complaint was it took longer than usual to dry her clothes, we went by to look at it and tested the dryer & it got hot, technician went there after she let us know it took too long to dry clothes ,after 3 times of going over there the tech said to clean the vent we did & as a preventative measure cleaned the vents in the other 3 units. She stayed a year after she claim we didn't care if the unit burned down with her and her children in it
