    Dear Amie, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you felt this way about the transaction, as I strive to provide a win-win experience for all parties involved. With that being said, my duty is legally bound to advocate for my clients best interests. In this scenario, my clients were the buyers. To clarify the timeline and agreement, we entered escrow on October 13th with a mutually agreed-upon closing date of December 13th, which allowed for a 60-day escrow period. This is 30 days longer than the average escrow period of 30 days in our area. When a request to delay the closing further was made, the buyers were unable to accommodate due to the expiration of their mortgage rate lock. However, we negotiated a delayed move-out agreement to allow you extra time. This provided you with an additional 25 days to move out—until January 7th—at no cost to you. I regret that this arrangement still caused stress. I genuinely aim to ensure that transactions are smooth and respectful for all parties involved. Wishing you all the best,?Madison Reeves
