Griffins have had issues with 5 agents in Colfax County real estate dealings. They were told that the home they chose would likely require some paint and a few repairs. When the inspection was completed, they wanted everything on the report repaired. The Seller responded that they could not afford to make the requested repairs and terminated the contract at the buyers request. I chose not to continue working with them, because I felt they were not being honest and forthright, and seemed to twist things they were told. However, the home they said was so dangerous, passed an FHA appraisal, and an inspection, and closed within 45 days of their termination. That buyer was very happy with the transaction.
