It was a pleasure working with you both. I have been selling Real Estate for 35 years and have lots of experience selling manufactured homes. In all fairness your home was unique because a addition was added on to the existing structure that the 1st offer buyer's bank did not like and the deal fell thru. I found a 2nd buyer very quickly.
