I wish you all the best and hope you find what you're looking for in a house. With all respect, all 3 offers I wrote on your behalf were either cancelled or withdrawn by you. Every offer I write comes with a evaluation of the home value so you are making an informed decision. Unfortunately, real estate agents cannot tell you what to bid on a house. Especially in a hot sellers market. If agents tell you a number too low and you don't get the house we would get the response you noted in your review (did not "win bid"). If we tell you a number too high then we also get the response you noted in the review ("ridiculous amount"). This is why in a hot sellers market while it seems every house has multiple offers, and often offers higher than list price, you should offer YOUR BEST OFFER. When you really want the house and you do your best then don't get it, you at least know you did your best.
