We apologize that you feel that way, but when we spoke with you we provided all the information we had. We do not base our customer service on the price of properties. The condition of this particular property had been completely gutted and not been occupied for years. We provided all photos that were available and gave information regarding all the particular issues the property had. As we understood it by the end of the conversation, we had provided all the information that was available to us that you had asked for. The broker herself, called you well after hours on the same day and provided as much information as you asked for.
