It's interesting that you posted this review as you were aware we could not lease the property while the the homeowner was incapacitated and in hospice. The property owner was in the hospital gravely ill for several months and died. You were informed that we could not rent nor sell the home during this time and it is now in probate as a part of her estate. The property owner had terminal cancer and her rental properties were no longer available to lease. Regarding the rental application, all rental applications expire after 30 days and require updating. We cannot use an application from four months ago. This has nothing to do with money
