I see this and still cringe. Buyers please be aware that Proof of Funds and Pre-qualifications letters are a must. Buyers representation agreement, also. In a sellers market, a property you saw a week ago or more, might be gone when you arrive, specially if your are looking below the $50k range. Also, focus in areas close to where you will stay. Finally, if you are planning to come for 4 days or less, leisure time should be after 6pm, as most all homes will be available for showing after 6pm or if you decide to reschedule to enjoy daytime in the Island.
