We're sorry you found this to be your experience. While working for our clients we are constantly finding solutions. So much so that this buyer is still interested in purchasing your home, AND has pursued their financing through today where they have a loan approval and commitment from their lender even after the terms of the contract have expired. The buyer is still interested in purchasing your home, because we have coached them through this difficult time. While it seems you may believe we havn't been as responsive as you would like, we have been in constant communication with your agent, and for our client, the experience has been worthy enough to continue to pursue this to fruition. If you are still interested in making this transaction happen, please feel free to reach out, or have your agent respond to our calls dating back to last Friday and through today.
