    Sometimes, it makes sense to buy vs. renting. I had a feeling that this was the case with Ralph and Mary and proceeded to show them how to make it possible. They have been very happy with their choice and I could not be happier myself!

    Very knowledgeable about everything. Helped decide which state would be best and cheapest to live in. Arizona or Naveda for our age group. He kept in contact and kept us informed Very helpful. We would highly recommend Randy to anybody.

    There are several factors that people should consider when choosing to buy a home. Where to buy a home can make a difference in many ways, exploring what your different options are, should be apart of your final decision. I was happy to be able to point out the differences in living in Arizona and Nevada.

    Miss Aguilar and her mother were looking to relocate to this area from Southern CA. Her mother can not speak English very well but with her daughter's help we did fine and became good friends. We found them a home fairly quickly and then a year later they bought another home from me and slowly the whole family is moving over! Next?

    It was fun working with Marietta, she knew what she wanted and it was just a matter of matching what she wanted with the available properties. She loves cats and dogs, a weakness of mine also, and it was great being able to find a place that would accommodate her pet needs also. Our pets become our babies!

    We made several trips to the area while our home was on the market in Illinois. Randy was a wealth of information and took us to see several homes and the local builder. Finally, our home sold and we made the permanent move to Laughlin. Once again...

    I enjoyed helping Jim and Bonnie find a place that was just right for them. Sometimes it takes longer than other times and so I found them a home to rent for a few months while their house was being built from scratch. They enjoy our weather from heaven in the winter compared to Illinois where they moved from. I told them that Laughlin always remove the snow and ice before the wake up in the morning (LOL). Great clients, great friends, and wonderful neighbors. Time to move your parents here now!
