There are several factors that people should consider when choosing to buy a home. Where to buy a home can make a difference in many ways, exploring what your different options are, should be apart of your final decision. Miss Aguilar and her mother were looking to relocate to this area from Southern CA. Her mother can not speak English very well but with her daughter's help we did fine and became good friends. We found them a home fairly quickly and then a year later they bought another home from me and slowly the whole family is moving over! Next?

It was fun working with Marietta, she knew what she wanted and it was just a matter of matching what she wanted with the available properties. She loves cats and dogs, a weakness of mine also, and it was great being able to find a place that would accommodate her pet needs also. Our pets become our babies!

I enjoyed helping Jim and Bonnie find a place that was just right for them. Sometimes it takes longer than other times and so I found them a home to rent for a few months while their house was being built from scratch. They enjoy our weather from heaven in the winter compared to Illinois where they moved from. I told them that Laughlin always remove the snow and ice before the wake up in the morning (LOL). Great clients, great friends, and wonderful neighbors. Time to move your parents here now!
