    This was supposed to be my realtor in February 2024 we came from out of state to meet with him and he completely ignored all of our calls and messages and emails the the day we were out there luckily we found another realtor with a different company ...

    Thank you for bringing this situation to my attention. I did work with you and your father for quite some time and when you said that you were going to be here on the 18th or 19th, I emailed you back and asked for the exact day you wanted to go out and look as some of the properties you wanted to see were occupied and needed to make an appointment to view. I did not receive a response from you. I tried to call and text to confirm that you received my request and did not get a reply. I have checked all of my phone messages and texts for the day you said you came and tried to get a hold of me and I have no record of that. Sorry that there seemed to be a miss communication factor involved here. So happy that you found a home that you were pleased with and were able to buy it! Randy Williams

    Sometimes, it makes sense to buy vs. renting. I had a feeling that this was the case with Ralph and Mary and proceeded to show them how to make it possible. They have been very happy with their choice and I could not be happier myself!

    Very knowledgeable about everything. Helped decide which state would be best and cheapest to live in. Arizona or Naveda for our age group. He kept in contact and kept us informed Very helpful. We would highly recommend Randy to anybody.

    There are several factors that people should consider when choosing to buy a home. Where to buy a home can make a difference in many ways, exploring what your different options are, should be apart of your final decision. I was happy to be able to point out the differences in living in Arizona and Nevada.

    Miss Aguilar and her mother were looking to relocate to this area from Southern CA. Her mother can not speak English very well but with her daughter's help we did fine and became good friends. We found them a home fairly quickly and then a year later they bought another home from me and slowly the whole family is moving over! Next?

    It was fun working with Marietta, she knew what she wanted and it was just a matter of matching what she wanted with the available properties. She loves cats and dogs, a weakness of mine also, and it was great being able to find a place that would accommodate her pet needs also. Our pets become our babies!
