Thank you for bringing this situation to my attention. I did work with you and your father for quite some time and when you said that you were going to be here on the 18th or 19th, I emailed you back and asked for the exact day you wanted to go out and look as some of the properties you wanted to see were occupied and needed to make an appointment to view. I did not receive a response from you. I tried to call and text to confirm that you received my request and did not get a reply. I have checked all of my phone messages and texts for the day you said you came and tried to get a hold of me and I have no record of that. Sorry that there seemed to be a miss communication factor involved here. So happy that you found a home that you were pleased with and were able to buy it! Randy Williams

Miss Aguilar and her mother were looking to relocate to this area from Southern CA. Her mother can not speak English very well but with her daughter's help we did fine and became good friends. It was fun working with Marietta, she knew what she wanted and it was just a matter of matching what she wanted with the available properties. She loves cats and dogs, a weakness of mine also, and it was great being able to find a place that would accommodate her pet needs also. Our pets become our babies!
