As you mentioned, Jennifer worked with your wife as a personal favor, and we extended our full support to ensure everything proceeded smoothly. You have left a negative review on my personal page on behalf of someone else, that was never a client of mine. Contrary to your claims, Jennifer attended all required commitments related to the transaction. Any suggestions otherwise by the builder were likely based on a misunderstanding. Jennifer is a seasoned professional who takes her responsibilities seriously, and the mischaracterization of her involvement is disheartening. Regarding the “gift” you referred to, it’s important to clarify that this was never part of any formal agreement. Unfortunately, your escalating demands for compensation far beyond what would be appropriate put Jennifer in a difficult position. Additionally, the messages you refer to as “malicious” were direct responses to your increasingly aggressive behavior toward her. Our brokerage always prioritizes resolving conflicts with professionalism and fairness. However, when interactions cross into harassment or extortion, we have a responsibility to protect our agents and their reputations. We understand that buying an investment property can be a stressful process, but we encourage open and respectful communication in all situations. If you would like to have a constructive conversation about this matter, we’re happy to discuss further.
