    I apologize as we work very hard for our clients. I do want people to read this and understand how WE run our business and do not allow our clients to dictate or run our business as we are the experts. You were the most unrealistic seller I have met in my 17 years working in this industry. You bullied my agent Stephanie Unger for the entire 96 days we listed your home you called me to complain 2 times a month and each time I told you the same thing that 1970's Parkay floors and wood panel walls is NOT what buyers are looking for today at $350,000. You now relisted at $340k and it will not sell for that either. You have 3 types of flooring and you never lowered the price. When we had an open house a potential buyer came thru and said I would not even pay $250,000 for this. We gave you real feedback and told you the truth so it would sell. UPDATE as of 12-31-2018 your home has still NOT sold with your new Realtor. The market has spoken homes need to be updated and priced to sell.

    Sir I never once ever spoke to you nor did we ever set up an appointment with you. You were texting an auto responder called Riley that works as a virtual assistant. Your first contact to us was at 11 pm on a Friday night. At that time Riley simply asked what day and time you wanted to see this home and that Daniel in our office would call you to make sure your pre-qualified and that the appointment time you requested would be available. You did not answer any confirmation calls. You assumed that you would just text us very late at night and get us to show up the next day open a door for you when you in fact did NOT have a pre-qualification. Zillow asked you 4 questions at the time you requested info on the home the first two were "are you working with a lender and are you pre-qualified" both of which you answered NO! We are professionals and do not operate our business that way. We have sold enough homes to have a system in place to screen people like you so we do not waste our time.
