This review is written by a gentleman I have never met in person. I did not consult with him on buying or selling a home in the 29681 zip code as is written on Zillow. I spoke with him on the phone. He went to an open house for one of my listings to meet me in person and another agent was hosting the open house for me. He shared his contact information with that agent and I called him. On the phone he asked if I would consider a fixed price amount of $10,000 to help him buy a home. I said no I would not. He writes that he “fully respects my denial of the offer”, but then writes a disparaging review to sully my reputation because I did not agree to it. The reviews from 116 other past clients speak to the level of service I provide. When I have a buyer consultation, I go over my professional fee. A buyer client will not pay fees over and above what is agreed upon. I do not demand anything. This is the first review I have received of this nature and the gentleman wrote it because I would not agree to provide services for the fixed price he demanded. I provided services for 27 out of 49 clients in 2024 for under $10,000. Each one received “red carpet service” and you can read their reviews:)
