Thank you for considering BCL Homes! BCL Homes is based in Hampstead NC and was founded through a friendship between Trent Talbert and Jeff Pitts. Trent Talbert and his family have deep roots in the community and the county that extend many generations. The vision to develop land and let new families experience living in Pender County was finally realized through the development of Brick Chimney Landing starting in 2017. Through casual conversations between Trent and Jeff, it was decided that BCL Homes would be formed and would build the homes in the community. Jeff Pitts, a custom home builder from Hampstead, and Trent wanted to build homes that they would be proud to put their names on. Additionally, it was important to both to "build in" the kind of added value that would lower the long-term cost of ownership to the buyer. Through this partnership, and commitment, BCL Homes has grown and continues this belief outside of Brick Chimney Landing with several homes throughout the area.
