This buyer called into Realtor.com asking for a brochure. When I sent to him he mentioned the listing agent. I explained that we pay for these leads and to give me a shot using his own representation. He agreed and the property was listed as active but but was leaving town for two weeks. When I followed up with him a few weeks later the property was then being shown by the listing agent off market. I got us an appointment, had multiple calls with the listing agent and discussion with the buyer. I scheduled a second showing and made sure he got preapproved by my lender. At that point he decided out of nowhere that I was terrible and wanted me out of the picture. None of this above is true he ended up in fact purchasing the home that I procured for him directly through the listing agent. He has not only disparaged me in a profession that I am truly passionate about but cost me time and money. His review was purely based on selfish need to discard me in order to work directly with the listing agent.
