She was happy until she couldn’t reach me for 4 hrs. Upon repairing my phone, I saw she attempted to contact me. I immediately reached out, apologizing for the inconvenience. The other instance was the day before closing. The atty had problems with the internet delaying sending the documents. I proposed extending closing to help her in having more time to review the documents. She chose not to follow my advice. She texted me late at night and I responded to all her requests. She arranged 2 things: home inspection & insurance. These are the buyer's responsibilities. I provided her a recommendation for the home insurance per her request. The only “I don’t know” response was when she questioned if someone had died in the home. I even arranged for a licensed contractor to go over her renovation requests. She was happy and discussed her list of items to be renovated with him. I am sorry she feels this way but I did everything possible for her to have a good first time buying experience.
