It's unfortunate that this client felt she had a bad experience with my services. I work hard for all of my clients. I did suggest early on that she paint some dark walls in the main living areabut she refused. It wasn't until after I hired a stager that provided that feedback that she finally painted the walls and the home sold quickly. I used a personal camera for initial photos (not my phone), which I have used on several listings with success. I absorbed expenses for: the stager; items to stage her home; the photographer (twice); and paid for repairs following the home inspection. I also took a reduction in commission for this transaction. Texting was used towards the end more frequently due to schedules. The topic not up for discussion was for me to pay for half of the buyer's closing costs. This is how I make a living. I can't work for free. I'm sorry if she feels I disrespected her in some way, as that was never my intention.
