Thank you for your review. It saddens me that you were not happy in your home. As mentioned to you at move in, the home was under warranty because it was brand new and work orders would have to be completed by the Builder, which in turn did take longer than typical maintenance work orders. I reviewed your file and you were only charged for lg nail holes and a carpet clean, there was nothing for any appliances. Concerning your 60 days notice, you are correct. The lease does require a 60 day notice prior to moving out. If you do not give notice or renew your lease, it rolls over to a month to month status. I reviewed your file and you gave notice on 6/3 and lease expired on 6/30, so you would owe additional days beyond your expiration in order to honor the 60 day notice. We did send out a renewal letter reminding you to give notice by May 1st. As I mentioned before, I am sorry you were not happy in your home.
