    It is always our goal to provide exceptional service, and it is unfortunate that we fell short from your perspective. Regarding availability, we strive to be as accessible as possible. I understand that weekends are crucial for many clients, and do try to reserve that time for all time sensitive matters like negotiations. Our goal is to have planned and detailed conversations about strategies, questions, etc during normal business hours to provide focused and professional service. I apologize if this was not adequately communicated in a form that you were able to review. We are reviewing our scheduling practices to ensure better accessibility and responsiveness moving forward as well as making sure that it's not only communicated in our videos that we send periodically, but in writing as well. In terms of acting in the seller’s best interests, please know that we always aim to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients. Concerning the listing contract and the release of funds, I understand how frustrating this can be. Our intention is always to be transparent and fair in all our dealings. When we have multiple contracts that have been accepted by all parties, there are legal implications that come with cancelling those contracts without cause. Ie, when a seller has accepted an offer from a buyer, they can't break the contract with the listing agent or the buyer for any reason not outlined in those contracts without being in breach of contract. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve and serve our clients better. If you would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to reach out directly.
