The sellers of this property DID PRODUCE a marketable title for the Deed. I am going to take this opportunity to educate you once again on titling a trailer on property in Michigan. The property the trailer sits on is "Deeded/REAL PROPERTY", the trailer, is PERSONAL PROPERTY. The trailer either has a title, OR, the title gets surrendered to the State of Michigan and the personal property is now considered "AFFIXED" properly known as "Affidavit of Affixture". Your accusations above are defamatory and I regret that your online property purchase did not go as you planned. Please contact my local MLS Board to file your ethics complaint 989-246-0714. I would love the opportunity to defend my actions against an online investor trying to purchase a property site-unseen. Where is Abbot loop Alaska? I've never sold a property in Alaska. ;)
