In a recently shifted market with literally dozens of condos left unsold every month, Ms. Gobos received the highest price of any "like" unit sold in her building. Upon Buyers offer, Ms. Gobos was explained clearly the need to disclose any assessments, she insisted there were none. She was mistaken and buyer and seller were forced to compromise. The property was "never" out of contract and closing was delayed "one day". We scheduled several opportunities to help Ms. Gobos clean out her condo and she repeatedly rescheduled. It is extremely unfortunate that Ms. Gobos did not appreciate the work and effort that our team put forward for her. My team and I vetted dozens of emails and phone calls from her daily.. We are accountable when appropriate, this just isn't one of those times.
