Sarah, we are sorry that it did not work out for you to rent this home. I am guilty of emailing you instead of calling to let you know the tenants move out date was going to be delayed as email was the only option I had at the time. You were set on the move in date even though it would not work as the current tenant was not moved out or you were going to find another property to rent. Unfortunately, we were left with no other option than to return your deposit which was done as soon as we had a location to send it to. The comment about dodging a bullet is defamatory in nature as this situation was totally out of our control. We been managing properties since 2013 and this is the first negative review we have received and I do not believe it is deserved. Best of luck.
