Sandra, I am very sorry you had a bad experience. I did help you sell your condo and that went well. I then helped buy you next home and I showed you over 30 properties from the eastern side of Greensboro to the VA line. I even had a fellow realtor show you properties when I was in the hospital recovering from an infection. I tried to talk you both out of the purchase of your home. I explained the issues with the home in great detail. I even printed out the home inspection report and met in person to go over it. You wanted to proceed and wanted to use the contractor I had helped you with on the selling of your lake home. I got a quote from him and even built in an extra cost and got the home owner to approve the payment. He was working on your home and finished most of the work when you fired him. He was nice and even refunded you the money he hadn't used. I then purchased you a 12 month home warranty just to try and make you happy. I was even an ear for you to tell me about your problems and issues. I did everything I know to do to help you and thought you were happy with my services. You sure thanked me at closing!
