ResponsivenessPriceWork qualityPunctualityBeware of Don Harbin for landscaping and home remodeling. He asks for a materials deposit and then never delivers. Doesn't return phone calls afterwards. Never give this man any money up front.
He did a job for us so he seemed trustworthy....
