    It is unfortunate that you had issues that are beyond the scope of our inspection. See below our list of deficiencies. We made a recommendation to have a pool company further evaluate, the deficiencies and thoroughly inspect all the mech. components, it is highly likely that this deficiency could have been repaired by the seller. POOLS DEFICIENT ITEM(S): Swimming Pools The pool heater did not respond to the wall control and the gas is turned off. There are loose stones at the pool coping and decking. Some areas around the pool decking are missing grout. The pool and spa lights did not respond to the controls. The main drain cover is out of place. The expansion joints between the deck and the coping needs to be sealed at several areas. Doors having direct access to the pool are not equipped with audible alarms are a recognized safety hazard. I suggest having a pool service evaluate and make any needed repairs.
