Thank you Megan, for your review even though it is less than stellar. I would like to point out that you purchased this house in May of 2021 and here it is 2 years and three months later that your neighborhood is changing and you are unhappy. Public records show that the field located behind the house was purchased 6/16/2005. There are 2 homes on the over 18 acre parcel scheduled for completion 04/2024. I cannot and would not promise that an owner will not subdivide a piece of property they have owned for a very long time. Further, this construction took place well after the home in question was purchased. I do not recall the home you didn't buy but I can say that it is not my practice to "let it slip." I state the facts as I know them at the time. While I wish you and Austin all the best in the future, I do suggest that you refrain from accusing people of being a liars.
