    Annette was terrible to work with. We paid $70 in application fees for her to stop replying to our emails. Do not contact her about her rental and do not pay her any money.

    We are sorry Emilee Heise chose to write a review a year after our interactions. In April 2019 we received an incomplete application that did not meet our clearly communicated minimum screening standards. She was never a tenant even though we did our best to accomodate.
