This malicious review was submitted by a man from NYC with whom I had one telephone conversation regarding a home which he wanted advice on purchasing with the intent of then renting for income. As a courtesy, I provided him with contact info for a property manager to whom he might reach out to for advice. I didn't visit the property nor did I have any follow up conversations with this person. I did, however, contact the listing agent of the property after reading the review. She, too, had received a similar phone call from the same NYC telephone number and she concluded it was a prank phone call from a "loser with nothing better to do". While Zillow tries to review and vet each submitted review, it clearly did not perform its due diligence in this case.
