    Hi. Thank you for your review and feedback. I apologize for your experience. We always try to respond to everyone's request but unfortunately this week's listing brought in over 400 email inquiries and non-stop calls. It has taken us longer than expected to reach out to everyone. It was never our intention to be rude or unprofessional in any way. Again, my apologies for any inconvenience.
