This guy wants you to make all major repair and PAY them. He doesn't want the responsibility of renting a home but wants to make all the profits. On top of that he's rude. When I tried to see if I come to some reeasonable deal he said bye and hung up...

This inquiry had very low credit scores, no current job and only had 1st months rent. They thought a reasonable agreement was to let them move in with no credit, no job and only 1st months rent. Obviously they were turned down. They put up a slandering review because I would not rent the house to them and got mad then hung up on me.
