This is a blatant misrepresentation of the truth and is very slanderous. Anyone that knows me or has ever worked with me in 10 years would disagree. I fulfilled my contractual obligations to you and only a seller can determine if your price is too low. I communicated with you fully during negotiations on this property. I am under no obligation to verbalize anything to the seller for you several months later, but I still have contacted them each time you asked me to, with no change in their response.
