It is unfortunate that Arleen was upset by our business practices but we have them for a reason. The name issue is some type of software problem with Zillow. The account is under my name but on every listing we change the contact person to Andy. For some reason when ads go live some of them switch back to my name. In every initial contact with a potential renter we explain our practices and why we do things this way: We ask that all interested renters go by properties first to make sure they are happy with the area. We cover a very large three county area and, unfortunately, prior to this policy we had large amounts of time wasted by people who have us come out and decide they didn't like a property as soon as they pulled up. That is not Arleen's fault, but that is reality. Andy tried again to explain to Arleen why we have this policy but she interrupted at least 3x. Andy remained professional and explained that he was ending the conversation.
