    DO NOT RENT FROM THIS GUY, HE IS A terrible. He does not take care of his properties and could care less about you once you move in. Most of his houses are run down and he doesn't care.

    The above review was written by a tenant who was evicted and is trying to smear me. The court case can be found at https://publicindex.sccourts.org/Pickens/PublicIndex/PISearch.aspx. She has no idea of the condition of my other houses because she has never seen them. If you are interested in renting from me, I suggest you see the house for yourself, meet me and form your own opinion. References from other tenants can be provided upon request. Thank you.
