I did not represent you in this transaction nor had any interaction with you while the transaction was in process. I was the seller in this transaction. I had no knowledge of the contractor making a change to the water heater, nor did he tell me. As soon as you called me after the transaction closed, I had the contractor immediately go out and fix it. I am not sure how I could have done anything differently. I apologize for any frustration this has caused you.
