Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Though I would prefer the review to cast me in a better light, I do understand your frustration as you have aspirations of purchasing a new home. As an agent I am tasked with pairing sellers with buyers that are qualified (pre-approved) to purchase their property. With that said, I try to be up front with potential buyers, even when I know it may not be the response they are looking for. My goal has always been to create a mutually beneficial agreement between a buyer and seller then see that the transaction moves forward as smoothly as possible. I wish you the best of luck in your search for a new home!
