    Michael Baugher had been a great property manager for us up to April 2014. Since then two rent checks have been late, two have not been received, and he does not return phone calls. I wonder what happened.

    Unresponsive to owner. Hard to reach. Doesn't respond to EMAILs. Doesn't return phone calls. Doesn't forward rent checks on time. Everything a property manager should not be.
