    i too have been trying to get my deposit back for a year now, after she once texted me "the check should have been sent last week." she does not have an operating real estate license, but a real estate business license, which she misrepresents.

    Helped me rent a Single Family home in Cameron park, Cameron park, CA.

    Have tried for several weeks to get our deposit back but she continues to ignore us, going to have to fight her in small claims to get it back. This is 12/6 and it was due to us on 10/21 and she won't respond to calls, emails or messages. Stay away...
