    Paul Sims is a great landlord— very fair, honest, etc.... The home was in great shape and was rented for a very fair price. We had some issues with heating a few months into renting from Paul and he took care of it immediately, frequently checking in...

    Met him to see one of his properties asked us to submit our applications which cost 30 a person. After everything was submitted he completely stopped responding to us. Ignored many texts and phone calls. Didnt say we were denied or anything. Extream...
