This is a former tenant who wrote bad checks and caused significant damage to the property. She received the occupancy permit prior to moving in. These permits are not available until homes pass all inspections. She is correct about one thing: I am a leasing agent and I specialize in helping people find and move into new homes. Once folks move into a new house, my responsibilities are finished and the management company takes over all services. I can/do however have the ability to get in contact with the maintenance crews when there is an emergency, but this tenant never contacted me about any problems after she moved in.
