This was my first home and it was built with a few extras.  I installed nice Italian tile with insets, ceiling fans on several rooms to keep electric bill low.  I have since rented my home to wonderful tenants and keep making upgrades to kitchen and bathroom.  I installed brand new carpet in 2017 and home is in excellent condition.  I am actively involved in my rental and decided long ago to purchase a service contract on the A/C unit with Servic...
