    Bad communication, Unorganized, then Disrespectful. I have never had issues with Diana herself, but the rest of her staff is subpar. We moved in May and since then have had a few issues that S&S has either dragged their feet to correct orsimply...

    Thank you for taking the time to post a review and I am sorry that you feel the way you do. As you stated you did submit some maintenance/repair concerns, we obtained estimates for the repairs, and submitted them to the property owner for approval. Upon receiving the estimates from us the property owner refused to have the maintenance items addressed, as the issues were not present when you moved in, and the issues were caused by your household. As I am sure you can understand we cannot spend the property owner's money without their permission. In addition we need to do an inspection of the property due to some concerns the Owner has. The property manager has scheduled 2 appointments with you for the inspection and both times you have cancelled the appointments. I am not aware of any untrue accusations, or any disrespectful behavior toward you by our office. Please contact me with your concerns and I will be happy to address them.

    Diana answers any question I have about the money. I had an issued about being charged for snow removal which I did my self. Diana was quick to refund the $50.I was charged.
