    Property managed a Single Family home I rent in Carmel valley, San diego, CA.

    Owner claimed all was new from 1999 Plumbing needs repairs. house needs painting, main water line broke and told us the tenants to handle it. Very negligent and doesn’t maintain the house properly. Refuses to fix anything .
