Evaluated water entering lower level of house. Dug around the sides and rear of house to expose foundation (involved removing and reinstalling fencing and deck). Repaired holes in foundation, sealed and installed waterproofing board. Installed drain tiles, gravel and backfilled dirt. Seeded and spread straw on lawn area.
