    I’m sorry that you feel this way about my service to you. I never told you that Windsor was a three bath. Every site shows that it is a 2 1/2 bath. I would never falsify something like that. There’s a closet to the left of the front door. You could possibly add a 3rd bath since there was plumbing downstairs for the 1/2 bath. It is a split foyer. I never said the closet was a bathroom. In addition at the final walk-through, when you accused me of lying to you, you then proceeded to verbally assault me, calling me names, swearing, and yelling. You physically came at me, and I asked you to leave the house. To your comment about me being under the influence, I was. I was texting with you and you said you would prefer to talk as you had windshield time. When I took your call, I prefaced it with the fact I had been golfing all day and we had gone to the pub after so yes, I had been drinking. This is why I wanted to talk at another time, but you were very insistent, demanding and pushy like you were throughout the process. This was the first time you came to me through Zillow hoping to get a job at Collins Aerospace, which you did not. I didn’t have any knowledge that you would be applying again since you were from Tucson a couple months later. You called me and stated you received a job offer and that you wanted me to be your agent. To me caring only about financial gains, that is not true. I paid for half of your window, which was only $125 and the other agent kicked in the other half. I have months of text messages with you talking about our pets places to go here to eat, what golf courses were good etc. It was only at the walk-through that you said that I lied and misrepresented the property, which I did not. I was able to get you way better financing terms with a lender here. I also got you the military grant as well as a great interest rate. I negotiated your inspections, tried to do a video call with you, but you wouldn’t take it because you said you were at work, but you knew what time the inspection was. If you were so upset with my service, why did you come back a second time? I am also curious as to why you would wait two months to write this review. It seems spiteful & an attempt to tarnish my reputation as a dedicated professional. It sounds like perhaps I need to have you talk with my broker Mike Graf about a buyout for your house since it’s not to your satisfaction. He can be reached at 319-981-3702.
