We do require a rental application prior to leasing a property, but we certainly do not require anyone to submit an application prior to viewing a property. The application is processed through a third party company who charges a $40 fee in order to conduct a credit/background check. All applicants are made aware of this fee in advance. Submission of a rental application cannot guarantee that a tenant will be selected for a property.
