Property managed a Apartment home I rent in Zion, IL.ResponsivenessPriceWork qualityPunctualityLuc and Team Management are terrible people to do business with. Don't trust them. It’s sad to see such comments about our company. We’ve been in business for over 30 years and do everything we can to be fair with all our residents. If you ask the Zion police department, they will probably tell you they have very little issues at any of our buildings and we do well above average in managing them. We have full-time staff that take calls, in-house maintenance and a live answering service for any issues that may arise after hours. It appears these tenants left their lease early, did not give proper notice, they have a past due balance, they did not get the carpet professionally cleaned as noted in lease, left large furniture items in the unit that had to be removed, and needed some cleaning. Due to them not being happy at their apartment, we accommodated them in approving an early breaking of their lease if they gave proper notice. When we found that they were not happy with the security deposit letter given after they moved, they called our office and threatened to post bad reviews online if they didn’t get what they wanted. To try to do everything possible to make them happy and have no animosity towards us, we offered a $400 credit to their account. Although not necessary and all charges were verified by staff, we did this to try to make things right and give them no reason to have bad feelings towards our company.
