My appointment with Laura was at 11:00 at the property. I had another appointment scheduled at 11:15 at my office. My 11:00 appointment was confirmed with Laura earlier in the morning. I was at the property at 10:50. When she had not shown up at 11:10 I left the property. There was a voicemail on my phone from her at 11:05 that she was running late. I did call to explain that I had to leave the property and return to the office for my 11:15 appointment. I would recommend if you are going to confirm an appointment, be on time or call prior to the appointment time that you are going to be late. Don't wait until you are already late to call and say you are running late.
