    He was rude on the phone and requires one person to make at least 6,000 a month which is insane for the property he is renting. Probably the main reason it's been listed for so long.

    Unfortunately this potential applicant did not come close to meeting the minimum qualifications. I try to prevent people from wasting their screening fees. For the record I had numerous applications from people who did meet the minimum income requirements and by the 6th day on the market the home was rented.
