I appreciate and encourage constructive feedback from our valued clients as we continually strive to improve our service delivery. The seller vacated this home and moved out of state prior to our marketing launch. We regularly visited the home to check on the condition, filled the fountain, pulled in and out the garbage cans and advised the seller on any maintenance needs. The irrigation controller required an internet connection which had been terminated by the seller. We offered to meet with the seller’s gardener or another vendor to ensure the garden was getting proper watering. Once under contract, the buyer’s agent reported to us that their insurance agent could not provide homeowner’s insurance because the database showed a previous water damage claim. We contacted the seller and their insurance agent who provided evidence that resolved this issue and we were able to close escrow without a delay.
